Coaching In Nature
Green and blue spaces are great for our bodies and brains so also make for brilliant coaching sessions! We meet in a peaceful spot in nature convenient to you and carry out coaching whilst walking and pausing as the mood takes us.
At the end of the session, we get out our notebooks to capture key learnings and plan next steps.
What is Coaching?

Developing personal resilience and wellbeing
Planning a major change or transition to a new role
How does a coaching session work?
1.
You identify a goal of importance to you. Your Coach helps you define the goal as clearly as possible.
2.
You dig into what’s going on right now in relation to your challenge. Your Coach uses open questions to help you explore what’s happening.
3.
You generate options for how you might tackle your goal. Your Coach challenges you to create a wide range of your own solutions.
4.
You commit to a way forward such as concrete actions or a new approach to try out. Your Coach supports you to hold yourself accountable for following through with your plan.
