Jane has 20 years experience leading organisations providing inspiring and inclusive learning and development programmes.

Most recently, she was Chief Executive of Social Bite in Scotland, providing supported employment to people affected by homelessness.

Previously, Jane was Chief Executive of Venture Scotland, which runs a wilderness-based development programme for young people.

Jane is an accredited Coach and highly experienced designer and facilitator of development programmes.

Jane is based in Edinburgh, UK.

Jo is a highly experienced coach and developer of individual leaders, teams and whole organisations.

Jo has extensive experience in the charity sector; including 11 years at Cancer Research UK. She also works across a variety of other sectors, including universities, NHS, local government and companies.

Jo is an accredited Coach, holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development, a Post Graduate Certificate in Behaviour Change and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. She is also an MBTI and NLP practitioner.  

Jo is based in Kent, UK.

Jowita’s experience centres around strategy, grant making and accessibility.

She currently works in international grant management and participatory grant making.

She is also Co-Founder of WISE Mentoring CIC, which promotes the development of young people through character education and mentoring.

Jowita has previously worked in delivery roles in various charities and is passionate about equity and diversity in the workplace, fuelled by her own experience as a first generation migrant and an individual with a visual impairment.

Jowita is based in Breda, Netherlands.
